                               RESOLUTION NO. 20842
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                  THE GENERAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO ENTER INTO
                  A CONTRACT WITH LOGAN-MOORE, INC., RELATIVE TO
                  THE BESSIE SMITH HALL PROJECT, FOR AN AMOUNT
                  NOT TO EXCEED TWELVE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED
                  TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($12,225.00).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to enter into a
       Contract with Logan-Moore, Inc., relative to the Bessie Smith 
Hall
       Project, for an amount not to exceed $12,225.00.
